Living Lean was made by Charlie Reed after transforming his body from the worst shape of his life to the best shape of his life in an 8 month period.

He followed countless plans and routines but unfortunately there is a lot of bullshit sold across the internet and also plans made for bodybuilders on performance enhancers, going to the gym 6 times per day, with an extremely strict diet, eating every 2 hours which is completely unsustainable for anyone who works full time with a family life.

Our mission is now to make getting in your dream physique as easy and simple as possible and make this journey suitable around your day to day life and its now never been EASIER.
